>>>Please know that you will NOT be Changed any fees for these exceptions! Extreme weather or limited amount of emergencies that prevents you from coming. ONLY 2 Emergencies allowed! With emergencies, you just must let us know THAT morning.

 You are not charged a fee for leaving early IF you communicate with market manager 24 hr ahead of time that you will be leaving early or IF you communicate that you are out of product that day. )<<<<<<

1. To participate in the Market, Vendor must comply with the Market Rules & Regulations. Vendors who fail to comply with the Market Rules & Regulations will lose their right to participate in the Market for the year. No refund shall be provided.  

2. Vendors shall comply with all applicable laws, as well as all legally required permits. With Tooele County and State of Utah.  

3. Vendors shall not offer for sale any products distributed by multi-level marketing firms. 

4. Vendors shall only offer for sale items which have been disclosed in their Market Application. ( Example: Produce, Meat, Plant starts) You DO NOT have to list every vegetable, just category.) 

5. Vendors shall set prices for their product but are encouraged to charge fair retail pricing. 

6.  Vendors agree to attend Market dates they have committed to. If full time vendor should be unable to make a Market date, the Vendor shall provide the Market Manager at least 48 hours advanced notice. 

7. If the Vendor fails to provide 48 hours notice in the event of a cancellation, they will be charged a $10 “No call, No show” fee. (This fee is for the time it takes to fill and re-arrange spots for the Market that day. Exceptions that will NOT be charged the fee are mentioned above) 

8. Vendors shall have their booths set up or MOSTLY set up no later than 8:45 AM on Market days. Vehicle's need to be pulled to the side of the field where vehicle entrance is or into parking lot across the street by 8:45 AM. (Let's save the close parking for our customer's, elderly and the disabled.)

9. Vendors shall keep their booths clean and free of trash and debris. At the end of a Market day, Vendors shall remove their own trash from the event and leave their space spotless.   

10. Vendors shall keep their booth set up until 1:00 PM on Market days, unless prior arrangements have been made with Market Manager that day or you have communicated that you are out of product. 

11. . Vendors shall assume ALL responsibility for collecting and remitting any permits or licenses for their products if needed.  

12. Vendors, with the exception of those selling ONLY fresh, raw, whole, unprocessed and unprepared food items must register for event license with the Tooele County Health Department.

13. Samples: Vendors are allowed to offer customers samples but they must be prepared on site and follow the Tooele County Health Department code.

14. We ask that part time vendors please not ask to be put in full time vendors spot if there is an open space . If we need to fill a full time vendor spot for that day, we will rotate our part time vendors to fill spots and give everyone a chance. 

15. Full time Vendors participate every Saturday. They can have 4 absent for the season and a limited amount of family emergencies. 

Part Time vendors participate one to two times a month. Part time vendors are welcome to come more than twice a month. There will be a $15 fee for each extra week that the part time vendor would like to participate. 

16. ALL Baked Goods Vendors operating under the Home Consumption Act MUST have the proper labeling.

17. All part time vendors must let Miranda(Market Manager) know that they will be participating in the market that week, no later than Friday by 4pm. Part time Vendors must check in with Market Manager Saturday mornings to be assigned spot for the day. 

All Full Time vendors will be aloud to participate in extra events that happen during the farmers market season. Such as Renaissance Fair and the Fall Festival. So long as they 1.Have met their attendance requirements. ( Have not gone over their aloud absences.)  

2. If they have made a commitment to the Farmers Market on or before July 6, 2024.  

3. They have paid full amount of dues. 

4. Have abided by the rules stated in the application.

The remining spots for special events is limited space and will be filled by Part Time vendors. Part Time vendors will be invite only based on a point system.   Examples of the point system are but not limited to, communication throughout the year, number of years with the farmers market, and have abided by the rules stated in the application.

Hide-Out Farm and Ranch has collaborated with other local business and will be collecting donations to help local families in need during the holiday's. 

When a $10 minimum donation is given, we will be handing out these reusable bags with logos from our sponsors. All donations will go towards helping local families in need. By being a sponsor you have your logo added to the bags. You can be a sponsor and have your logo added to the bag for $60. Sponsor payments will be due by June 1st, 2024. ( We only have 15 logo spots available.)
